I normally send lessons via PDF prior to the classes , then when coming for lessons I use the method of reading then explain in English, as for the beginners I start with Arabic Alphabets and their sounds ,then the Arabic vowels . There is an assessment every week where am able to detect the students' progress and what needs to be done to improve those who are struggling or slow learners. I have 2years experience of teaching this language and results have been quite positive so far and I believe that even at this point in time I can still do my best to improve the standard of a student as far as Arabic language is concerned. Repetition is one of my methods of teaching and this helps a student to always stay familiar with the subject at all times. I have divided this subject into levels and each level's duration is 4months ( just like the semester). The other thing I focus on is to ensure that the student is able to write Arabic language, this is within the first level , as for the remaining levels , the focus is to enrich the student with Arabic vocabularies as well as teaching him/her how to construct the Arabic sentence. The other thing I focus on is Arabic grammar which consists of ( Arabic syntax and morphology). The whole plan is to ensure that at the end of the year ,a student is able to speak, read and write Arabic language.
