I believe in individuality, after the first lesson I gather all the information the student needs help in and tailor my further lessons with them in ways I know they’ll be able to retain more knowledge from the lessons. Let be through interactive learning, setting targets, setting lesson plans.

I always put the students needs first, and try to book lessons according to their schedule. I’m easy to approach which I think is something beneficial as the students feel more free to express the areas they’re struggling with.
