Having both completed GCSE courses in school myself, as well as having tutored students in a school environment, my tutoring style will emulate what you’d expect from a one-to-one session with a teacher at school. The lessons would follow the content on the GCSE specifications, and the areas of focus would be based purely around the most important areas for practice dictated by the student; they will get to practice what they struggle with most.

The lessons will be relaxed, comfortable, and not overly strict or formal, yet productive and helpful. I understand how important it is for a student to feel comfortable and happy while they learn in order to get the best result.
This will be all be achieved while ensuring absolute professionalism, punctuality, and effective communication with both the student and their guardian.

I also understand a guardians concern for the safety of the student, and I can ensure a completely safe learning environment.
I grew up in a household where my mother was a childminder, and I have also completed a year of paid work in GCSE tutoring at my own secondary school while I studied there at sixth-form so I have passed multiple DBS checks, as well as having experience and training in safeguarding and professionalism.
