Name Pronunciation: I make it a point to check and respect the correct pronunciation of names, as it's a simple yet significant way of showing respect.

Empathy and Respect: At the heart of all interactions lies a foundational principle for me – to approach every learner with empathy and unwavering respect.

To engage learners, I champion active participation, provide resources tailored to their needs, and adjust the pace based on individual or group preferences. This combination of strategies has yielded positive outcomes in past experiences, and I continually refine them based on feedback and reflection.
