With a first class Comparative Literature degree from King's College London and a Level 5 TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate, the English language has always been one of my passions. I have been teaching English on and off for the last eight years but, after much demand from my current students, have recently decided to become a full time private tutor.
I use my extensive online resources to design a bespoke lesson plan that suits you and your goals for learning English: if you are a GCSE student seeking to improve your ability to deconstruct abstract poetry, I will adapt my lessons to include the poems you are learning at school; if you are trying to improve your English for a professional setting, I will create scenarios where you can practise your business English in real time; if you simply want to learn more about classic English literature or translated works from around the world, I will let your passions and interests guide the syllabus.
Regardless of the lesson plan, I always make sure that my students are engaged, challenged and, above all, having fun in my classes.
