I have successfully facilitated training in the areas of Human Resource Management, Workplace Mediation, Professional Ethics and Soft skills, Customer Service Excellence, Employability and business skills, Occupational stress Management, Wellness and Mental Health at the Workplace and Career Development.

I facilitate engaging sessions to ensure maximum participation of the students through practical case scenarios where students are able to enhance their communication as well as their analytical skills. This can be achieved through case studies, role plays and presentations.
