I am a Food and Human Nutrition BSc Honours (2:1) graduate from Newcastle University with a Study Abroad Student Exchange Program at the University of Waterloo, Ontario. I am passionate about biology and have been throughout my academic life, studying at GCSE level, A-level and enrolling in multiple biology university classes. My enthusiasm, coupled with the fact that I have experience in working with children aiding to optimise their academic achievements, makes for an efficient and reliable tutor. I am patient and compassionate and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills which are valuable for this role. I am very flexible with my availability and can work remotely.
I took my GCSEs almost 7 years ago and I know it can be daunting having 11 subjects worth of work and revision hanging over you! But if you have a good system in place, prioritise subjects you struggle with, have a positive mindset and a little help from someone who can provide textbook questions, past papers and tips to remember all the information you need (and not worry about what you don't need), it becomes a lot more stress free! I have availability and work on an individual needs basis regarding duration and number of sessions.
