For Beginners (Infants/Primary): For little learners, I believe the process of language acquisition should be as fun as possible. Here, I have many resources (videos, games and songs) that help to ensure lessons are engaging as well as informative. I aim to cover the basics of conversation, simple grammar and simple vocabulary.

For Beginners (post-school): I will first assess why the student is learning Spanish. It may be you are retired and looking to spend more time abroad in the sun, or that you are moving into a company with many Spanish speakers. From here, we will take a tailored route, where I will aim to give you the foundational skills you need to go forward as a Spanish speaker. This typically includes lessons in pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary.

For GCSE and A-Level: I take a past-exam paper based approach to my tutoring, ensuring that all the skills and knowledge acquired by students can be applied to exam-style questions. This is proven to have a very high success rate, as well as giving students the confidence they need to succeed in exams.

With all students, my main focus is ensuring they come away from sessions feeling confident, and with the ability to track clear and steady progress in their language learning. I know from experience that no two learners are the same, and I will always tailor my lessons to any individual needs and learning styles to best suit the student.

My lessons are one hour, and I aim to set small pieces of work for students to take away and complete.
