Engaging lessons to unlock your potential in English Language and Literature. With bespoke lessons based on your GCSE exams or support with your KS3 studies before your exams begin. Looking at a range of texts to prepare and support your learning whilst learning how to write creatively using effective techniques and persuasively using a variety of vocabulary to improve your overall grade.

We spend time discussing questions and texts to improve self confidence and understanding whilst collaborating together on answers before gaining the confidence to answer independently.

You will be provided with a vast amount of resources to aid your understanding and closer to exams we will prepare revision materials ready for additional independent learning. Any work additional work produced outside of lessons will be marked and past papers completed, feedback will be given with grading and clear understanding of how to improve. Time in lessons will be spent on feedback so any miscommunication or confusion can be addressed and time to reflect and improve work independently and in collaboration will be allowed. Clear examples of how work can be improved will be given and modelled examples of tasks can be provided before and after to aid understanding of the texts.

Lessons will be built on each week and will be bespoke to each individual and their needs. Skills will be identified and communication with parents or care givers will be provided on a weekly basis with regular updates on how their student is progressing and what we will be working on.
