I have been a learning experience designer for more than 10 years. Sharing and exchanging knowledge is my passion, and I truly enjoy creating sessions that will promote learning. My speciality is using tools from storytelling, neuroscience and experience design to organise the content in a way that makes sense for the learner.
My academic background is in social sciences (International Relations, Political Science, Economics and now Behavioural psychology), but during my professional life I had been working with topics of entrepreneurship, computational thinking, business and management, agile methodologies, creativity and other soft skills.
I have lived in Argentina an Brazil before moving to the UK, so I have an open mind and a deep curiosity. I have learned the importance of listening and paying attention to what is happening in the learning space: learning is in our nature, yes, but it is also extremely fragile and things like lack of sleep, nerves or anxiety can deeply affect your chances of acquiring new information. I use insights from neuroscience to adapt the content to what the learner needs to learn, an I bring many tools that engage your body and mind in ways that make learning easier: it is more than memorising content (that helps no-one!) or ticking boxes to forget later. My goal is to help learners understand so they can apply the newly acquired knowledge, and in turn they can create something special and unique with it.
