Luca Montag

Studying law and navigating the legal job market is anything but easy or straightforward. Fortunately, I have learned a thing or two over the years. I have an LLB (Hons) (First Class) from the University of Edinburgh and a BCL (Distinction) from the University of Oxford. I am also an Inner Temple scholar and have worked at national law firms and NGOs. I also will be teaching formally at Oxford for the-academic year.

I can tutor in any core subject (for both English and Scots law) and have particular expertise in constitutional/administrative law. I can also help with applications for scholarships, jobs, vac schemes, and mini-pupillages. My teaching style is relaxed and personable, but I do not sacrifice on thoroughness. I put a big focus on informal and open communication - the legal sector is intense enough, and I want my tutees to feel like they can use their genuine selves to maximise their potential. I principally tutor online to work around my work and travel schedules.
