However, a classic lesson would be structured such as, for an hour:
- 5 to 10 minutes of basic discussion; how was your week ? has anything exciting happened ? what have you been doing this week ?
- 20-30 minutes of book exercise, either with some of my personal book (I use the GCSE) or if the student already has one, I use his to base my course on.
- 10 minutes of vocabulary. It is usually a list of 40 words that changes every 2-3 weeks depending on the student's advancement.
- 10 minutes of reading.
This is usually how my lessons work. Obviously, it changes depending on the needs and desires of the student. If there are any specific needs or areas that need to be reinforced I will happily change my course structure to reach your objectives !
À très vite j'espère !
