Authentic learning is main framework I practiced in the PG CERT module and I implemented the same in my teaching style.I start my session by small warm up exercise where students were encouraged to participate and reflect on what they already know about the topic. This way I succeeded to draw students’ attention of a phenomenon or a problem in the real life or practice .
Blended learning and especially flip class room is one of my favorite pedagogy practice that has helped me to engage my students. My podcasts and other resources are always helpful for the students to get themselves aware of the topic in advance
