My name is Lou. I am an Emotional Wellbeing Consultant and the founder of LouNur Wellbeing. I have worked with schools, nurseries, children, families and companies for over twenty years, supporting emotional wellbeing through effective, evidence-based strategies such as CBT, kinesiology, EMDR and Belief Coding, movement, yoga, self-massage, breathwork, affirmations and meditation.

My workshops equip participants with a toolkit to independently manage stress and worry, build resilience and increase self-esteem and are carried out in a fun and engaging way.
