My teaching philosophy:

Children, like adults, learn languages best when they are exposed to lots of natural language and the learning tasks are adapted to their individual needs and abilities. Learning activities should be interesting, meaningful, achievable and wherever possible, fun. They should also challenge and support students to progress beyond their current level. I believe that assessment tasks should showcase what language students can produce and use, rather than simply 'test' them.
