My lessons are tailored to the requirements of the student, and the learning style that best first suits the student. Am clear, approachable and love questions. It is important to me that we work together to identify the learning required, and ensure that each lesson covers an specific area, and really embeds the learning. My lessons are tailored to the requirements of the student, and the learning style that best first suits the student. Am clear, approachable and love questions. It is important to me that we work together to identify the learning required, and ensure that each lesson covers an specific area, and really embeds the learning. I will suggest a number of lessons - whether it is a short series or ongoing.
Typical lesson: Lesson 1 is spent understanding the learner's needs and working through topics. I will conduct a brief training needs assessment to ensure that we have a starting point and are clear on the outcomes, and the goals. We will build a topic plan together. I will demonstrate a selection of learning recommended resources, and the learner will let me know which resources would work for them. Between Lesson 1 and 2 I will send through a suggested curated learning programme Lesson 2. We will review the learning and start on the programme together.
My learning style is interactive, and uses both coaching (discussive) and demonstrative approaches. We will engage in interactive exercises. I will keep a record of progress, so the learner can see how they are developing. I will suggest optional activities to keep the learner on track between lessons.
