As a Medical Student with a First Class Medical Sciences Degree and top grade GCSEs, I know effective ways to study and how to achieve the grades needed. With previous tutoring experience in Maths and other subjects, and complex maths required in my degrees, I have a solid understanding of the subject and am excited to help maths students achieve the grades they want. Together, online we will work through maths problems and past papers and I will guide you along the way, enabling you to be able to learn how to figure out the answers yourself. I will also work through problems myself to illustrate how to solve them and can explain rules or equations if needed. Sessions can range from 1-2 hours and I am available to do multiple sessions a week. If the student is able to tell me the subjects they are struggling with before a session, I will prepare practice papers/questions, be able to refer them on to other helpful resources and create a lesson plan to guide them through sessions. Alternatively, a student can bring homework questions, questions from class or exam papers they have got back and we can work through questions they are struggling with or questions they have got wrong. I am flexible with timings for sessions, and am happy to do different days/hours each week based on whatever is best for the student.
