Hello, my name is Louis and I'm from Cardiff in Wales. I am a CELTA certified teacher with experience of teaching learners of all ages and abilities.

I started as a Language Assistant at Lancaster University, before completing my CELTA and then working in Poland for almost 2 years. I love interacting with people, which makes a lesson of mine a welcoming, positive and communicative place to be. I have an excellent knowledge of all areas of the English language, from grammar and phonetics to slang and how to sound like a native. I have a wide range of materials which I can use, from course books for every level to custom-made conversation lessons and activities. I can also teach the Cambridge exam courses such as FCE and CAE if needed.

I am a very calm and happy person by nature. I love to travel and experience different cultures, and am always interested to speak to people from different backgrounds. In my spare time I play football to keep fit, and I am also trying to pursue a career in my passion - photography. I could talk for hours about it!
