I normally start teaching people the key vocabs and key words or just words in general so that we know what they mean whenever we see them in essays, exams, tests or anywhere else. Then I would start teaching them the grammar and tenses of irregular and regular verbs so that we know how to structure sentences and improve our writing skills obviously by practicing what they got taught in the lesson. I would also recommend my potential students to watch movies, videos, listen to music in italian so that they get used to the language but most important is that they try and speak it and practice as much as possible whenever they can. Obviously during the lessons we will always and only be speaking italian so that we can practice speaking skills, listening skills and so that we make sure we can carry on a general conversation rather than just learning rules on how to form sentences without practising them
