Some of my experience includes volunteering to help students at my secondary school to achieve higher than there predicted grades. I have also worked at a tutor centre teaching students from primary school to 16 years old completing there GCSE. I believe that each student has a different learning style and it is important to find the most efficient learning style for each student. I also believe it's important to teach the student how to study independently in between tutor sessions and to track progress in order to motivate them to study and identify the most critical areas the student can improve.
