As a bachelor and a master student, and experience being a leader in many projects, and front class presentation I understood how essential is having an effective communication to keep the audience interested. Not only that but to be able to interact effectively in order for the audience to understand and learn the context being presented or taught. Giving a background knowledge before jumping into the main topic has always been for me one of the key things in teaching because it allows students and other audience introducing in the topic area, or having a better what they will learn about. A well structured lesson includes objectives and topic being taught. In my experience as a student/ team leader/ representative I aways think is fundamental interacting with my audience by consistently asking them questions, and making sure giving them enough time to ask me questions, making sure that parts may have not clear to some students are now clear.
