I believe practice makes perfect so my lessons are heavy with past paper questions because that is what drove me towards success in my own GCSEs & A Levels. When you're balancing a lot of subjects, time is rarely on your side, so I'd also like to share various online resources I found helpful when I was at school to save you the trouble of wasting all that time looking yourself. I will give out these resources at the end of each tutorial for you to review independently before the next one, that way you come prepared with a comprehensive overview of the topics we cover in all of our sessions together.
Depending on the time we get together my sessions are structured into two separate phases. The first phase provides a series of taught sessions focussed on the topic areas that need the most attention (this will be discussed in our first session). In the second phase, we dive straight into past paper questions in order to refine your exam technique and ensure you know what the mark scheme is looking for. This is essential as the exam marking criteria for STEM-based subjects is rather strict.
The last thing I would say is that despite having my own established approach I am flexible and adaptable, which means I can adapt my teaching style to your preferred learning style so our sessions are more honed to your personal needs which I think you'd agree is the most important thing here.
