I have taught GCSE chemistry alongside ambassadors in secondary school and was a maths tutor to KS3 students.For each topic, I intend to do a collaborative brain dump with my students and prioritise topics based on their weak points, I will give them resources ( mainly notes) as a reference point to facilitate their active recall . I will then go over exam technique and exam questions as a follow up in the next session and keep log of anything they struggled with and delve into that by giving them more, related questions to do (with varying degrees of difficulty). I also took triple science and scored a grade 9 (A*) on aqa GCSE chemistry (and biology, I can also teach that at GCSE level)
