I like to create lessons which are personal to each student to suit their learning needs. I have worked providing intervention across primary schools for 3 years and use methods i have developed throughout that time to ensure my lessons are fun and engaging for children of all levels of ability and enthusiasm. I use resources I have created to suit specific children or that I have found on twinkl. I like to keep my lessons upbeat and fun to make it feel as though learning is happening without it feeling like a chore. I thoroughly belive that when taught in a way to suit them, all children are able to learn, thrive and achieve.
As well as 3+ years of working within a classroom I have also completed a course designed to aid with supporting children within maths lessons, from which I have a wide range of techniques and ideas that can make learning so much easier and allow children to understand concepts that they may previously have struggled with. I have been working with children for 8 years in total and know from experience that every child learns in a different way and building up a personal relationship of trust and understanding is incredibly important in allowing them to access content.
