Lola Hogarth

In my lessons I will listen to what the areas in the subject are that you are struggling with and help find a way to help you understand more, working patiently with you and at your own pace. I can help you look over texts, exam techniques, revision techniques and general areas in the subject. I will also help you to write answers to exam questions and will test you on your knowledge to help cement it in your brain.
I have had experience in secondary school helping students in younger years with their learning and I am very confident in English as a subject. I have studied a lot of texts and received high grades in my GCSEs that, alongside my love for the subject, led me to continue with English Literature at A-Level.
Furthermore, as I am still a student, I have a strong understanding of the school curriculum and know how best to help you with your studies.
