I focus on student talking time as much as possible. I know how daunting it can be to speak in a foreign language so I like to encourage my students to speak as much as possible to help increase their confidence.
We can practice through casual chat in topics you are interested in, or if you prefer we can do a more formal and structured lesson. I am currently studying to get my TEFL qualification...
