You are likely also to get strong, fit and flexible. I can recommend lifestyle, diet and herbal suggestions ayurvedically to enhance your health - a truly holistic health approach. This can address structural issues, rehab from injury/surgery, weight loss, back issues, joints, digestion, anxiety and much more.

Lessons are usually 1 hour but can be less/more.

I teach within the authentic Krishnamacarya tradition and have over 700 hours of teacher training plus an ayurvedic lifestyle consultant qualification. I can work with any age/experience.

I have taught since 2015, now 5 classes per week and have always welcomed people of a range of ages, including children, teenagers, adults and those in their 'gentle' years. This can include chair yoga for those not able to get down/back up from the floor.

I love to find something that works for individual requirements, such as a health condition, need for addressing an imbalance or to find peace of mind/help with the challenges of life.

I regularly apply this to myself, finding the tools that I need for balance and good health. I teach and recommend truly holistic approaches, taking into consideration the time you have and pace you want to take things.
