I am a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 23 years experience in senior positions in financial services and more recently retail. I am also a qualified business coach and mentor obtaining Institute of Management Level 5 certificate.

My experience is vast from finance, accounting, risk management, strategy development, change management, team management to name a few key areas. I also mark professional level exam papers.

There is nothing I enjoy More than supporting individuals to reach their full potential and help them to understand the subject.

Tutoring Style.

I use a one size doesn’t fit all approach. My style depends on the individual, their learning style and preferences.
After an initial conversation to understand your needs we will:
1. Develop a plan based on current capabilities and what the desired outcome looks like.
2. Break this down into smaller bite size areas that will support the outcome.
3. Monitor progress regularly.
4. Celebrate when you reach your goal.
