Hello, I'm Liya!

A 16-year-old student going into sixth form. I'm a lover of English and of the English Language, and because of this I easily procured an A+ in my English GCSE exam, and I have, since then, pursued a career in screenwriting as well as songwriting. I believe that English is an important tool needed in all careers, and is a key factor in the success of a child. And I also believe in the importance of connecting with the student, as the student will be able to learn and grow more efficiently in an environment where they feel as though they may be encouraged to do exceptionally well.

Not only will I be able to enhance your child's academic capabilities, but your child, under my care, will grow in creativity and motivation for their school life. I have many resources at hand due to the fact that I was homeschooled by my parents, and for that reason I have multiple choices of English books or sources depending on your child's needs. If your child works best with creative writing, for example, I may set tasks such as writing short stories in order to boost their academic creativity levels.

I work best with children between the ages of 11-14 (secondary school age). This is because ages 11-14 are specifically crucial for English in the learning process, and therefore it may be beneficial to teach your child between those ages to prepare them for GCSE's and future exams.
