I am an experienced Primary School Teacher and I use different methods for each age group based on needs and understanding. For Primary Aged Students I use the 3 R's Read, Repeat and Recite, this method helps create a vast sight vocabulary. It also helps to teach students to read in a less stressful environment than is available in a school setting. For Secondary students I use a read outloud, vocabulary and spelling technique that teaches them to quickly recognise and understand words in a real world situation. I can work with students on grammar but that is not my expertise, I have extensive experience with phonics.
