My approach is a partnership, holding the space for people to reflect and grow at a pace that is right for them. I love to encourage people and help them to take time to focus on their wellbeing and what gives them life. I have coached and supervised a wide range of people such as, students, foodbank members, volunteers and CEOs.
During each session we spend time chatting about what is going on for you at the moment. Highlight any barriers or stresses and reflect on how to overcome these. We'll make a plan together that you are happy with and feel confident you can achieve by ensuring we break it down in to small steps. The following session I'll check in with you how you are getting on with these steps and goals.
