My sessions are typically an hour long, and the frequency is something we agree on together based on what you hope to achieve from our sessions. I prefer to conduct these via online video (unless you are local and this method doesn’t suit you). I can also provide between session support when required.
I have experience coaching people of a wide age range with varying aspirations. Many people don’t even present with a specific problem. But they feel as though they are stuck in a rut and they want to wake up in the morning feeling excited for the day ahead again.

I’m a busy mum of 2 young kids, with 2 jobs to juggle. I’m passionate about helping people be happy and I thrive on providing this type of support to people. In my position organisational skills are imperative. I understand the struggles of work/life balance and have been guilty of neglecting my own needs when life takes over. My experience and skill set makes me a better coach and I can promise to ensure you see a change in your life
