I use a very simple method. if a student doesn't understand me, I let another student brief them with their understanding until all students understand the lesson. I have been using this strategy for years and it's working for me and for the students as well. Some students might not understand what I'm saying during a lesson, so that is why I let other students to brief them until the understand.
