Individual ability tailored tutoring for biology (AQA), media and sociology A-level. As I have recently completed my A-level exams at a selective grammar school sixth form with predicted grades AAB I have high level and fresh knowledge of these A-level courses to provide support for both Year 12 and Year 13 students.
I am also able to provide support for GCSE biology, media and english for those in years 10 and 11.

I have previous and ongoing experience as an in-person academic tutor for students ages 4 - 16 and have well developed skills in communicating with students of all ages in order to break down and tailor explanations to those at all academic levels. Also, due to having to work with up to 6 students in at once I have had the opportunity to develop skills surrounding adaptive teaching.

It will be dependent on the ways in which individual students learn best as to how I will structure teaching formats, whether that be starting from the basics of leaning information to working through exam questions and exam technique.
In terms of specific course information I studied AQA A-level Biology, AQA A-level Sociology, OCR A-level Media studies, WJEC GCSE Media studies and AQA GCSE Biology. However I am aware some exam board specifications overlap and am more than happy to fill in gaps I may have in required subject knowledge.
Lessons will be online only and I am able to share pre-made resources and tailor make resources that fit into individual student needs.
