With an art degree focused on fashion, and experience in the industry I plan on using my experience to help people integrate into the industry easier, with a sense of confidence, and a more developed skill set. My lessons are set out to teach gcse or a-level grade students and help them adapt but I employ anyone who plans to join the industry at any age as a career change and opportunity to try online courses or tutors as experience.
My tutor style will be based around organising a pre-planned curricular per student to help them achieve the outcome they desire. With knowledge of the industry I will style my lessons to help with an array of topics if needed (if not a more focused curriculum), including design, knowledge of patterns and materials, as well as how management works within this field. To fashion history to the factories I think it is important to learn.
