It takes courage to take that first step in life coaching. Your commitment to your coaching journey will help you on your journey of self-reflection, increasing your self-awareness but most importantly to achieve the change you want to see.
Together we will work towards achieving a greater level of clarity, supporting you to take the next steps to get to where you want to be.
This will include agreeing clear goals to focus on and exploring the barriers to change e.g., evaluating leadership skills to manage decisions, actions, and teams more effectively.
Discovery call 20-45mins: During our discovery call you will learn about me, the transformative process and how it will benefit you. We will discuss where you are now, what you want, and if known we will explore the goals you want to achieve.
Subsequent sessions: Each session will begin with a check in, but you, the client will direct the focus of the conversation.
Sessions are on -line and last 45-60 mins. The frequency can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly and can last an average of 4-8months but can be longer.
