I am a student teacher looking to help children gain knowledge and confidence within their learning journey while helping improve my skills within teaching. I hold a level 3 diploma within childcare with an up to date DBS (can be shown if wanted) and just completed my first year at university on the journey to gain my QTS. I have completed a 8 week block placement where I was the teacher for a class of 32 students and got really positive feedback from this.
I love planning and coming up with new and creative ways to teach and to make learning fun and exciting.
No task is too big or too small for me, I love a challenge and can ensure anything I do will be done to the highest standard possible for you and your child.
I am willing to complete tutoring online or in person, it’s down to the child and what the child would prefer, as I like to follow a very child led approach to teaching and teaching though real world experiences which can take place within the household or outside in the local area. I don’t want to make learning a chore, it needs to be fun and exciting. I have seen the impact that covid has had on many children so if you need someone just to help with homework to someone to help your child catch up with their maths I am more than willing to share my knowledge and help build your child’s knowledge, confidence and skills on something they need for life.
