I am a kind and patient teacher. I love learning, and I love to help anyone else to learn, too - and that includes being flexible with various learning abilities and needs.
I have spent most of my life in education, and am currently getting my double MA qualification (one being the UEA’s prestigious and internationally renowned Creative Writing Prose Fiction and the other being UCC’s equally prestigious Mythology and Folklore master’s).
As is evident, a learning environment is where I feel most comfortable. I spend most of my time reading and writing, and would love to pass this passion onto others or just help them get through their GCSE’s, A Levels or Degree to get to where their real passion lies.
Each student, and every curriculum, is different so I am always willing to adapt and change my teaching style to whatever is needed or whatever the preference of the student is. I am broadly qualified for any kind of English Literature or Language learning and also dabble in other subjects. I have worked in education since gaining my undergraduate degree, and I have tutored a few children in my previous neighbourhood, as well as my younger sister and my cousins, who are neurodivergent.
I have A Levels in Health and Social Care and Sociology and acquired high grades in those, and I have a working and academic knowledge of history - so am more than happy to help any student with those particular subsets, but am definitely more adept with literature, creative writing and language.
