I tutored with a charity (Schools Plus) for a year whilst completing my degree at the University of Oxford. My lessons are practice based, as I believe this to be the best way in which one can gain understanding of the material and apply it successfully. I try to make my lessons as interactive as possible online, using quizzes and spoken exercises to ensure my tutee is constantly engaged and enjoying themselves also. I can tutor History and English up to and including GCSE level, and can tutor Spanish and Religious Studies up to and including A Level. I am also able to help with sixth form and university applications, as well as applications for lower school levels.

My sessions are 1 hour long, beginning with a recap of the last session, a main presentation and exercises to nurture and solidify one's knowledge of the content covered in the presentations. The lessons will end with a brief quiz covering content from lessons past, and a brief insight into what will be studied in the following lesson.

I believe myself to be an approachable person who wished to instil a love for learning in all my tutees. I believe that no question is too silly to be asked, and no thought too obscure to be voiced. I love to listen to others opinions, and there is always an incentive to discuss in my lessons, for this is the best way in which we can learn from each other.
