It's my firm belief that creativity is something we are born with, but the skill to communicate ideas through art is something we must develop. I would love to help students nurture their talent and learn how to effectively translate their ideas into visual work, whether on paper or digital platforms. My creative education was very focused on the more traditional skills and techniques. As I grew older, I expanded my focus to modern media- invested my time in learning to use Photoshop and expand my knowledge of 3D software. I love photography and art in all their different techniques and styles. I’m particularly interested in using digital media, but Lino printing and ink painting will always hold a special place in my heart. All my work begins with a sketch, and I have a strong understanding of composition, perspective and anatomy.
