Since no two learners are alike and they learn at different pace, I design my lessons to suit the needs of my learners i.e learners centered, while paying keen attention to the strengths and weaknesses of my learners and striving for visible improvement after each lesson. With two years working experience, I have worked with primary and secondary school students including some adults who desired to strengthen their language skills. Delivering a lesson with the right teaching aid to enable learners comprehend a lesson is paramount in my lesson presentation as it enables slow learners stay active and learn at their own pace. Evaluation after each lesson is not left out. It gives me the avenue to check and balance the learning speed and achievement of my learners. At the end of a lesson, every learner is appraised for a job well done as this is a key motivator for learners to boost their performance in the next lesson.
