I prefer to be in a scaffolding position rather than a spoon-feeder. As a result classes will be in a constructive approach where by i use precious informations for building new ones. For a student who is lacking previous knowledge i will give him special attention for attaining that. Also i can fill the gaps in his informations structure for new informations to be concrete.
I will be using the spiral method for teaching concepts. So the student won't have to worry about the continuity and difficulty in catching the concepts.
I like to assess the current level of a student so that i can tutor him/her in a tailored manner. In doing so it satisfies his/her various needs and it may help them to have a good understanding towards mathematics. As a result they will have a confidence in learning maths. Thus we can have a good teaching learning process to happen.
I taught students of different regional language for two years. So, even though initially it was difficult i was able to tackle the situation successfully. Thus, i am confident that i can adapt to a new situation and make the learning process effective. I am a quick learner and thus i am able to satisfy the various learning need of students.
So i suppose, i can be a teacher as well as a good friend to the student. Also i can instill good values to students to a great extent.
