I believe the best way for people to learn is for them to teach. By feeding back what you have just learned, you are able to explain the area of study on your own and also discover which parts you are weakest or strongest at. My lessons would be split into two parts: part one would be myself teaching the lesson, and part two would be the student teaching what they have learnt back to me. In terms of the actually teaching style I would use, this would be dependent on each student, however it could include presentations, graphics to bring to life the topic of discussion, reading a text to learn about/understand the area of learning or other methods that may be more suitable for the student.
