I aim to be as approachable as possible and encourage my students to ask me anything, no matter how trivial they might think it is. I am non-judgmental, and treat all my students the same, no matter their background or level of competency. English is a passion of mine and I enjoy reading all genres of books, from crime novels to anatomy manuals.
I am a sport and massage therapist, and recently returned to college to gain advanced qualifications. This involved a lot of essays and researching and I now feel like an expert on this field!

I am patient and understanding and will always go the extra mile to help someone. Coming from a humble background, I used school as a means of escape and would become engrossed in my English classes, listening to my teacher reading, and absorbing every word. I began reading at a young age and would read book after book, unable to put it down for hours on end.
This lust for reading and gleaning information has never left me and I am constantly enrolling into courses and workshops for various activities. I am a keen arts and crafts patron and enjoy everything from sewing to pottery, with a special love for macramé.
My classes are informal and fun, while covering the important stuff. I have a wealth of experience and knowledge and love to pass this on to others so that they may excel. I can teach in person or remotely, and always have tea and biscuits on hand.
