I am a dedicated and passionate tutor, specializing in A Level and GCSE Politics, with a deep commitment to helping students achieve their full potential. My journey into politics began at Westminster School, where I developed a strong interest in political theory and current affairs. The challenging academic environment and exposure to some of the brightest minds in the country helped me build a solid foundation for my studies and career.
I went on to study Government at Georgetown University, one of the leading institutions in the field of political science. There, I gained an in-depth understanding of political systems, both in the UK and internationally, and learned how policies are shaped by complex social, economic, and historical forces. This academic background has been invaluable in my teaching, as I am able to bring a nuanced perspective to the topics we cover in class.
After university, I gained several years of hands-on experience working on UK political campaigns, where I developed a practical understanding of political strategy, voter engagement, and the intricacies of the UK's political system. I also served as an advisor to a Member of Parliament, further honing my knowledge of the legislative process and public policy. These experiences allow me to offer real-world examples that make the subject come alive for my students.
My teaching style is centered on my passion for politics, and I strive to pass that enthusiasm on to my students. I believe that understanding the subject is not just about memorising facts but about understanding how politics effects our daily lives.
