My lessons are fully interactive and based on experience. The key to a good lesson is not the content but is the application. My focus is on practice. examples and conversation on the chosen topic.

A presentation is structured in the following format
- Introduction
- Present the problem / situations we are discussing
- Examine the background
- Present what to do
- Understand the participants reaction / questions.
Please come to the session with an open mind and the content is based on what you want to know. This is a tried and trusted method of learning that i have been using for over 20 years.

I look forward to working with you in in making this a reality. Also another key item, is to bring an open and enquiring mind and looking at your chosen subject in new ways. For example, you may want to understand how to start a business. The format stays in a consistent way

- Introduction: - Start a Business
- Present the problem / situations we are discussing: - Howe do i start of a Business in my country
- Examine the background: - We will look at logistics, markets, needs analysis and so on
- Present what to do: - Here is your business plan and this is what it should like
- Understand the participants reaction / questions: - Will this work and what are the next steps.

This is an example of the course we would run on starting the business.
