I am committed to treating children as individuals with care and respect and allowing them to feel safe and secure under my care. I aim for children to achieve the very best that they can and encourage them to reach their full potential. I am aware of the main educational priorities within teaching, with raising attainment being the main focus. Children should be guaranteed the best education possible and should be provided with a curriculum that enables children to achieve whatever they are capable of and this is something that I have been told I encompass. Children should get the same experiences from school and I am fully committed to ensuring I am providing the best possible experiences.
