The way I plan lessons is by having a consultation lesson where I can find the weak points in the students curriculum, then use that to form a lesson by going through worked examples and any key definitions. Then to further test understanding in later lessons, allowing the student to complete a practice paper with my guidance will help solidify any concepts and figure out any areas of improvement...

This is key to a final exam as they are all formatted similarly so finding any areas needed to be worked on will be highly beneficial
