My approach to Lifestyle Coaching is always client focussed. I act as a guide so the client can come to their own solutions and conclusions by helping them look at situations they may be facing from a different perspective. Each client is different and the challenges each client is working through will vary. For this reason, there isn't a specific way I structure my sessions. I like to get to understand the client more in our initial sessions before I try and tailor it to them. One thing I do get any client to do is take a personality test. This is to help me understand a bit about the client and see what works / doesn't work for them.

I encourage all of my clients to do work outside of sessions. As sessions tend to last up to an hour, it will be difficult to address everything in that short time. My aim as a coach is to give you the tools and techniques to manage these challenges on your own. By doing work outside of sessions you can gain experience doing this.
Whilst my target client is University Students and/or Athletes, anybody can still get in touch. Lifestyle and Mindset development isn't exclusive to one group of people. You will find that there can be plenty of overlap and the tools and skills that I give to Athletes can easily be applied to individuals who are not Athletes.
