I am very interested in British and. Titus Empire history including the Caribbean as it's most relevant to the Diversity of Britain now. I make History relevant to explaining it's legacy in modern Britain.

I use crosswords and puzzles and even Music to explain the history and allow students to contextualize and understand. For instance the song Electric Avenue by Eddie Grant explore the 1981 Riots many people sing and don't know the background.

The Emergence of the rsikwsys which revolutionised Britain and how they started are also noteworthy topics which touch on so much history including the Industrial Revolution and Slavery for instance. This is where connecting the dots becone crucial and students are taught to analyze not remember dates. Anakydis is key to history and helps one develop detailed oriented skills
